The slope-intercept representation of a line is
y = m*x + b
where m = slope, b = y-axis intercept
You should now be able to compare your equation to y = mx+b to see what the slope is, by inspection.
For graphing the line, you can plot two points (say x=0, y=0-4= -4 then x=1, y=88-4= 84 .... so plot (0,-4) and (1,84)) then connect the two points with a straight line.
