Yes, the maxillary division of your Trigeminal nerve innervates around that region. The trigeminal nerve is also responsible for mastication or chewing. It could also be a division of the Facial nerve (which is primarily responsible for taste). Any infection that hits either of those nerves can cause issues with the nasal region.
The Trigeminal nerve is also responsible for gland activity. This can cause a dry nose.
There could also be pressure on the blood vessels of the nose that would cause them to constrict, causing the same issue.
