I'm actually working on a project now that takes .ifc files and renders them to the browser for manipulation. Most Autodesk products support the open IFC format. I'd consider xBim or even BIMServer and BIM Surfer. They both have Javascript front ends. You'll get the most out of these tools. BabylonJS, though capable of viewing models, doesn't allow you to really work with the various model elements in such detail as you can with the aforementioned solutions.
