Effective Techniques to Tutor Literature
Greetings Fellow Students,
In expounding briefly on Benjamin Franklin’s “Virtues of Life” I will address his first virtue which is “Temperance.” Temperance is a beneficial trait to practice because it enables one to respond calmly or admirably in times of stress, disagreements, or displaying self control.
Temperance can result in one not acting on a behavior that is unbecoming to others, it is crucial to demonstrate resistance when one is not operating in the most appealing manner. When a person demonstrates temperance it reflects a sense of well-being to those in attendance observing the behavior. One should not overindulgence in any practice (salty food or sugary drinks) that are not beneficial to one’s health and being prosperous.
To sum, in practicing temperance it assists one to in turn develop patience focus on a more acceptable character of life, as noted in the scriptures. One must be mindful that there are witnesses on Earth that are observing the behaviors of others as well as our Lord God. Amen
