The "study plan" above is not a plan at all. It merely mentions how to develop a study plan.
Developing a study plan is important, and it needs input from both the student and tutor. The student needs to take a diagnostic test and be honest with his/her tutor to reveal strengths and weaknesses. Only then can the tutor and student develop a customized plan to reach the desired score.
Second, the student must commit to following through with the plan.
