I'm not sure exactly what the question is, but if you mean something like:

Gehst du ins Kino, dann musst du mit deinen Eltern rechnen, wenn du zurück zu Hause bist

then the purpose of putting the verb first is to make a conditional, i.e. "Wenn du ins Kino gehst..."
