Hi there! Archaeologists specialize more in human-modified material culture, but sometimes are familiar with animal bones depending on their geographic or temporal specialization. I would also recommend reaching out to a zooarchaeologist, physical or biological anthropologist, or a forensic anthropologist. Are there any natural history museums in your area? Check the curator listings on their website and reach out to someone who may be able to help. Similarly, you can reach out to someone in the anthropology department at a nearby university. Research if there are any Cultural Resource Management (CRM) companies in your area--archaeologists employed there may be able to help as well.
If you don't live nearby any of these resources, try taking a high quality photo of the bone and sending it via email to see if someone can identify it.
Hope this helps!
