TNF-alpha inhibitors can reactivates TB infection. So if you are taking TNF-alpha drugs or steroids or any immunomodulator drugs, chances of TB infection increases especially you are infected in past. If you already taking Koch's disease (TB) drugs then you have to search out 2 or 3 drug interaction. Like INH - increase risk of hepatotoxicity and peripheral neuropathy, Ethambutol increase risk of color blindness, etc. and doctor will know these things so don't much worries just ask out to him/her about your concerns.
