Hey! Lets solve this shall we ?
First, we must find the slope using the slope formula m = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1).
Then, m = (-2-7) / (-4-(-3)) = -9 / -1 = 9
Then we use (-3,7) as (x1, y1) to plug into the point-slope formula
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 7 = 9(x - (-3))................Distribute the 9 inside
y - 7 = 9x + 27.................Then add 7 to both sides
y = 9x + 34.................Now we put it into Standard form by subtracting 9x to the left side
-9x + y = 34
I hope this helped!
