I wish I had seen your inquiry sooner, since I am sure you have retaken the test by now. Still, others may have similar questions, so I will answer yours as well as I can.
1) If you know you skipped a lot of questions at the end, then the Enhanced Score Report (ESR) may not be as helpful, not to mention that you are already aware of the fact that you were taking too long to answer questions. If you spend time studying what you miss in practice, with or without another person, then you can apply that knowledge going forward, and your accuracy and timing can improve.
2) You already have enough high-quality study material to do really well on the Verbal portion of the test. There is no perfect guide to help everyone with every type of question, but practicing official questions after having read other strategy guides will be useful. You can also cross-train. If, for example, you have trouble with Critical Reasoning questions, you can study LSAT Logical Reasoning questions, which require similar modes of thinking. You can also take advantage of dedicated online sites such as GMAT Club, where many students and experts alike pose and answer questions of all sorts.
Best of luck to you in your studies.
