There are two matrices and they are equal to each other:
x+2 8 -3 2x+6 8 -3
7 10 -8 vs 7 10 -8
7 -2 y+2 7 -2 x
Then x+2 = 2x+6 and y+2 = x
Solving the first equation:
2 = x+6
x = -4
this forces y= -6
