In Microsoft Excel, you can specify a series of columns and rows to be printed as opposed to the default area which is typically from the first column and row to however many columns and rows fit into the default page size.
To do this (in Excel 2016),
- Select the cells you wish to include in your printed page.
- Click on the Page Layout tab.
- In the Page Setup section, click on Print Area then Select Print Area.
This will force Excel to print the selected cells on one page.
