What could be the best ways to practice German?

There are several things you could do in order to quickly improve your proficiency:

1. Are there any German-speaking Meetup groups in your area? The groups that I have been a member of have a mix of native German speakers and others who are learning the language. It's possible to noticeably improve your abilities in just a month or two of regularly going to the events.
2. Podcasts. Do a Google search for German podcasts and you'll find a plethora of options. The ones I always recommend for language learners are from Deutsche Welle.
3. Do you have a university or community college in your area? If so, stop by the German department and ask if you can audit a class. Most professors that I know are totally fine with this.
4. You could find a German tutor on Wyzant, of course! :-)
