Let's assume you are using Row 1, Columns A-C:

1. In cell C1, Click on "Format" in the ribbon >> Conditional Formatting
2. Under "Format Rules", scroll to the bottom and select "Custom formula is"
3. Enter "=ISNUMBER(Search(B1,A1))"
4. Under "Formatting Style", select the Fill color.
