The honey will harden, however, it is not spoiled and is still usable. Simply take the honey out and let it arrive at room temperature, or heat it in the microwave or double boiler method over the stove. Even quicker, you may run metal a spoon over an open flame for several moments, then put the spoon in the cold hardened honey and melt it that way as well.
