How do I split a cell in Excel?

There are a couple ways to do this.

1. In the cell to the right of the cell you want to split, you can use the =left() formula to get part of the cell.
2. You can use Data => Text To Columns to split the cell by a delimiter (ie, split "Ventura, Calif." => "Ventura" and " Calif." if you split by a comma)
