1. Question #1: A polynomial of degree at least 3 where all the zeros are positive whole numbers
2. Question #2: A polynomial of degree at least 3 where one or more of the roots are fractions

#1 p(x)=(x-3)*(x-5)*(x-1)=x³-9x²+23x-15

You try the next one...a fractional root would look like (x-3/2)
