Hello, when you say paid back, I assume you will invoice a customer for this "billable" expense. Like in job costing, purchases made in behalf of customer, or job - such items are billed to the customer or project. In the case of a credit card, when recording the transaction, it would be classified (attached to) the customer, or the project. Then, when you actually invoice the customer, these "billable" items will appear for inclusion on your invoice.
