How do you auto Add in Excel?

Select the cell either under, or to the right of your number column. Click on the AutoSum function found either on the Home tab in the Editing Group, or the Formulas tab in the function library group. Press Enter after the formula appears.

Note: Autosum only works under a column of cells containing numbers, or to the right of cells containing numbers, but never on top, or to the left of a set of numbers.
