Great improvement, as you've mentioned improving your verbal score will be key to hitting the 700s. I'd review some specific strategies regarding SC questions (google can work) as well as begin drilling on the individual verbal sections.
If you still find yourself hitting that 700 barrier/want some professional help feel free to reach out to me, the gap from high 600s to 700 and beyond is typically the most difficult score increase for the GMAT.
