since f(x) is an absolute value function, it is always non-negative. It's V shaped, with the vertex or minimum point at (-6,0) so f(-6)=0 = the absolute value of x-h or x+6, h=6.
the x-intercept is x=-6 and the y-intercept is y=6.
Graph it and it's a straight upward sloping 45 degree line starting at (-6,0) and a 135 degree straight line for x<-6
