Not sure what "ortoootlt" means, so I've replaced to lot sizes with y and z here.
If there are 29 defective light bulbs in y, then how many defective light bulbs will there be in z?
Set up the problem as a proportion.
Compare 29 to Y and your unknown quantity to Z. Or, compare Y to Z and 29 to your unknown quantity. Either of these formulas get the same result for the unknown "?" -
29 / y = ? / z
OR
? / 29 = z / y
Hope this helps.
