im confused with this

Ava wants to make a bracelet using green and brown crystal beads. The green beads costs $3 each, and the brown beads costs $8 each. Ava has a most $32 to spend on the project.

a) Write a linear inequality that represents the possible combinations of the number of green and brown beads that stays within Ava's budget. Let x be the number of green beads, and y be the number of brown beads.
