So, we must find the equation of a line, then translate it into standard form of an equation. Then, we pull out the point-slope form of an equation such that
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 5 = 7(x - 4)
y - 5 = 7x -28
y = 7x - 23
-7x + y = 23
