Use the factored form:
f(x) = a·(x-p)(x-q)(x-r)
where p, q, and r are the zeros: 4, i, -i. If they don't give you a point on the graph or otherwise tell you what the leading coefficient "a" is, assume a = 1. Plug in the values of a, p, q, and r into the formula. Multiply it out (FOIL twice) and combine like terms if you want it in standard form
