Slope of secant line = [h(1) - h(-3)] / (1 - (-3))

= [3 - (-25)] / (1 - (-3)) = 28 / 4 = 7

Point on secant line = (1, h(1)) = (1, 3)

Equation of secant line: y - 3 = 7(x - 1)

So, y = 7x - 4
