You do this by setting up a system of 3 linear equations in the coefficients A, B and C where

y = Ax² + Bx + C and then solving this set for the coefficients. It is usually messy! I will set up the equations for you, then you solve the system!

24 = 4A - 2B + C

13 = A - B + C
