I will assume that you meant to say the zeros are -2,-1/2, i (not I)
The complex conjugate of a complex zero must also be a zero, so you will have 4 zeros:
-2
-1/2
i
-i
f(x) = A(x + 2)(x + 1/2)(x - i)(x + i) = A(x + 2)(x + 1/2)(x2 + 1)
18 = A(1 + 2)(1 + 1/2)(12 + 1)
18 = A(3)(3/2)(2)
18 = 9A
A = 2
f(x) = 2(x + 2)(x + 1/2)(x2 + 1)
