“A occurs and B does not occur”?

P(A U B) = P(A) + P(B) - P(A and B)

0.6=0.4+0.3 - P(A and B),

0.6=0.7 - P(A and B)

-0.1 = -P(A and B)

P(A and B)=0.1

P(A and B’) = P(A) - P(A and B)

P(A and B’) =0.4-0.1=0.3
