If there is no friction, use energy conservation.  Set the potential energy at the top equal to the kinetic energy at the bottom.

 

mgh = mv²/2

 

gh = v²/2

 

v = √(2gh)

 

g = 9.8 m/s²

h = 10 m

 

Plug in the numbers and get v in m/s.
