How do you convert 4/5 and 3/8 & 1/4 I'm in sixth grade

I need help with my homework because I forget to do it and I'm scared if I don't I'll get a bad grade

Convert to a decimal?

You do it by division.

For example: 

    .8

   ___________

5)4.00

 

Drawing the division symbol in the text editor is hard enough that I will only give you the one example above...but the other two answers are 

3/8 = .375  and 1/4 = .25.
