I need help i dont understand??

One side of a triangle is 4 inches longer than the side that is the base of the triangle. The third side is 6 inches longer than the base. If the perimeter is 37 inches , find the length of each side.

I am really confused?? thats why i am asking, i understand you get 37 but what do i do from there? This is the only one i am stuck on

If you solved for b, then you know that b is = 9.  That is the length of the base!
 
One side is b + 4.  So, 9 + 4 = 13
 
You can finish for the last side!
