I got the x^2 -2x but for the remainder I got -5(2x-3) because 15-10x cannot give you -5 because they are not like terms.

When  you multiply the -2x by (2x-5) you get -4x2 + 10x which is subtracted from the dividend to give you -10x + 15.  This can be divided by (2x-5) to give you -10x + 25.  The subtraction then leaves you with a remainder of -10 which cannot be divided further.  Remember your dividend has a "missing" term, that is no term in x.
