it say exceeds by 15 rather than at least by 15 so this is not an inequality.

answer is -27, -25, -23

I misread the question at least 5 times.  I saw the word "exceed" and thought "surpasses" or "greater than".

Furthermore, the question wouldn't really make sense with an infinite number of answers.

I correct it and thanks Phillip.

Jason and Phillip both have differ. answers. Phillips explanation didn't ring any bell for me but Jason's did, but again I'm the one that needs help so I dont know who is right.
