Go ahead and quote her as FOB our plant regular price and 10%off 1 time show order. For her request to get it Prepaid- we would need to add in roughly 10% for freight to this quote.

Reg price is 1.90 show order 1.71 . Where do I add in the 10% freight?

It's a matter of POLICY. Either ten % of regular price, or 10% of reduced price.  The latter is friendly to customer, the former is in favor of the company.
