Im not sure I understand your question but let me explain what I think you are trying to ask then I'll answer that.
I think what you are asking is for the equation 6x+4=6x+4, is the solution All Real Numbers.
If this is your question then the answer is yes. Since subtracting 6x from both sides gets you 4=4, and 4=4 is a true statement, then x can hold any value and the equation would still be true.
