4m-2=2sqtoot(7-2m)

divide both side by 2 you will get simplar equation

2m-1=sqroot (7-2m)

square both side you will get 4m²-4m+1=7-2m

4m²-2m-6=0

(4m-6)(m+1)=0

m=3/2, -1

put both answers into original equation to check for extraneous 

m=3/2 is the solution.
