"makes 75%" means 3 out of 4 are successful, so the probability of making each of the next two shots is 75%.  The probability of making both of the next two is 0.75*0.75.

 

Ah, but that is where this made-up questions falls flat!! In reality, there are only four possible cases for the next two foul shots:   make-make, made-miss, miss-make, and miss-miss.   Each of these four cases will change, and invalidate, the premise of the problem:  "If continued at this free-throw rate . . .".   It will no longer be the same rate!!
