(y-y1) = m(x-x1)
Given, slope = m = -1
point = (x1,y1) = (-5,2)
x1 = -5 , y1 = 2, m=-1
Substitute the above values in the point-slope equation
(y-2) = -1(x-(-5))
=> y-2 = -(x+5)
Option 1 is the right answer.
