asked 01/26/18What is the math formula to get 100% for a 1 to 5 star rating, accounting for number of reviews?
Parent Rating 1 star=bad and 5 stars=good
Adjust accuracy for the number of reviews.
A perfect review would be 5 stars for all 500 reviews = 100%
How many stars and how many number of reviews would it take to get 50%?

Let's assume the previously mentioned number of views of 500. We will let one star be equal to 20, 2 stars be equal to 40, 3 stars to 60, 5 stars be 80, and 5 stars be 100. The equation to determine the average is:
A verage = Sum/Total
We know the average, 50 %, and the total, 500. Now we find the sum:
Sum = Average(Total) = 50%(500) = 0.5(500) = 250.
All together, the sum total of the reviews would have to be 250. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways. However, the sum of the reviews would have to equal 250.
