How do i find the (f o g) with given equations f(x)=x/4+7x, g(x)= x/4-7x

I need to know how to find the (f o g), if g(x)=x/4-7x, and f(x)=x/4+7. I also need to find the inverse to same equation as well.

Evaluate f(x) when x = x/4 - 7x.   Then you can simply.
