What is the equation of line that has y-intercept of 3 and goes thru point (0,4)

 I need help with this word problem

Lizbeth, are you sure you typed this correctly? (0,4) is also on the y-axis.
 
A line that runs down they-axis has an equation of x = 0, but it wouldn't have a y-intercept.
