EACH PIECE OF THE PIECEWISE FUNCTION IS CONTINUOUS.

However, you have omitted the intervals that apply to those pieces.

That error prevents providing you with the opportunity to evaluate the two pieces at the CHANGEOVER point.

If the y values are identical at the CHANGEOVER point, then the function is continuous everywhere, else not.
