i just wondering whether “within less 2 hours” is correct sentence...

The correct PHRASE is "within 2 hours".  The word LESS is unnecessary and awkward.  The concept of within an upper limit automatically includes the case of <2 hours.

What or who is within less than 2 hours?  If a question like has to be asked, then it is not a sentence.
