A good way to talk about two consecutive integers is to call the first one 'n', and the second 'n+1'. Then you can write an equation to represent what we're told here. Twice the second: 2(n+1), minus the first: - n, is 75. Thus:
2(n+1) - n = 75
Can you solve it from there?
