Did you mean y + 6 = -5x?

If so, let's put both of those equation into slope-intercept form.

y = -5x -10 and y = -5x -6

 

Both of the lines have a slope of -5. Since the slopes are the same, the lines are parallel.

Therefore, the system is inconsistent and have no solution.
