Perimeter = 2 x length + 2 x width

 

P = 2L + 2w

 

L = 2w <--- twice as long as it is wide

 

210 = 2(2w) + 2w

210 = 4w + 2w

210 = 6w

 

w = 210/6 = 35

 

The width is 35 yards and the length is 70 yards.
