What tax (T) will reduce emissions (p) by 75%?  The formula given for the Tax in the problem statement is:
T = -0.65 - 198*ln(1-p)
We want p = 75% = 0.75 (in decimal form).
T = -0.65 - 193*ln(1-0.75)
T = -0.65 - 193*ln(0.25)
Use your calculator to find the value of ln(0.25) and then complete the calculations to find T.  The units of T are dollars per ton.
