3x + 4x + 5x=15

12X = 15

X=15/12=5/4

 

The first part is 3*5/4= 15/4

The second part is 4*5/4= 20/4

The third part is 5*5/4=25/4

Adding them together :

(15+20+25)/4= 60/4=15
