Actually, I think the "Divine Proportion" is the Golden Ratio, which approximately equals 1.618. This is found from the Fibonacci Sequence: 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,...
Keep dividing a number by the number that precedes it: 1/1=1, 2=1=2, 3/2=1.5, 8/5=1.6, 13/8=1.625, 21/13=1.615, 34/21=1.619
The width and length relate this way:
l/w = (w+l)/l
So, l/w=1.618 and l = 1.618w
P = 2l + 2w
60 = 2(1.618w) + 2w
60 = 3.236w + 2w
60 = 5.236w
w = 11.5 cm
l = 1.618(11.5)
l = 18.5 cm
